Janie Jasin Janie Jasin is a nationally-known professional speaker, author, business woman and entrepreneur whose enthusiastic approach to life's challenges has delighted audiences for more than 20 years. Janie's motivational message and warm energetic style create a comfortable and fun atmosphere for groups of all kinds. She has guided over 3 million people through the ups and downs of life's journey with humor. The success of The Littlest Christmas Tree is a culmination of Janie's hard work and talent, and her years of education and experience. She began work at General Mills in 1969, developing and leading a nutrition program. She continued to work in the area of motivation for Dale Carnegie Training where, at the time, she was the only woman in their sales force. During the 1980's Janie delivered self-esteem and affirmation workshops to parenting groups, chemical dependency groups and to teens and teachers across the country. She has been living one day at a time since 1976 in a Twelve Step Recovery Program. Janie is active in the National Speaker's Association and has earned the Certified Speaking Professional designation, a rank held by only five percent of its members. She spends her summers in Wautoma, WI as she did as a child, but lives in Victoria, MN, a suburb of Minneapolis. Her daughter Janet is the mother of her two grandchildren. Her sons, Joe and Jeff, live in the Twin Cities and San Francisco, respectively. Jasin has been the CEO of her own company, Creativity "No-Limits" Inc. which arranges her talks, seminars and workshops since 1976.
